1. Paper core /paper tubes should be round , no significant loss of round , dented, skew and other defects.
2. Smooth drum no mechanical damage, no wrinkles, no coating uniformity, seamless coating, no foam, no sagging
3. Paper barrels round edge without paper tongue
4. Paper core/paper tubes welding firm, smooth, should not have burn through or virtual welding,no obvious corrosion,peeling and cracking.
5. Paper core/paper tubes closure connection is firm, the lid and bottom seal is good after close.
6. Paper galvanized or painted barrel hoop ,closure should be bright, with no loss.
7. Paper core/paper tubes inside and outside clean.
Remarks:
1. You can design and print the top and bottom disc too.
2. Better to have inner packaging bag for food.

B: Dear, usually we don’t suggest you to use this paper tube to packing the food directly. It is better to have a inner packaging bag for the food to keep it fresh and dry. If you really don’t have, you can use the easy open lid paper tube instead or change the paper discs to sealed tinplate lids.
